Product description

Innifloor is a fibre-reinforced, self-levelling cement screed for repairing, levelling and building up floors from 3 to 60 mm, in new builds and renovations. It sets fast — walkable in 8 hours — and gives a strong, flat base ready for microcement, tiles, wood, vinyl or carpet.

Supplied by Microstone UK, Newcastle-under-Lyme. Contact us for stock and lead time.

How it's applied

  1. Prepare — solid, dry, dust-free substrate. Mill new (>28 days) or old concrete until the aggregate shows, and apply the Pavex Primer system. Reinforce weak bases with silicate hardener.
  2. Mix — one 25 kg bag with 5.0–6.25 L clean water (20–24% if pumping) for 2–3 minutes; rest 2 minutes and remix.
  3. Pour — pour and level; use a spiked roller to release trapped air. Respect perimeter (min. 5 mm), expansion and working joints.
  4. Protect — keep out of direct sun and draughts during and for 72 hours after application. Sand and vacuum before coating if needed.

Not for exterior floors, floors with rising damp, fragile or unstable bases, or calcium sulphate mortars.
