We price our ranges fairly from the outset, which is why you won't find us running permanent sales or countdown offers. We'd rather you bought at the right price than felt rushed into buying at all.
That said, most people shop around — and quite right too. If you've been quoted a better price elsewhere, whether it's a single tap or a full bathroom schedule, send it over and we'll do our best to match it.
How it works

- 2. We check it overWe confirm the items are like for like — same brand, same finish, same specification — and see what we're able to do on price.
- 3. You hear back from usWe'll reply by email or phone, normally within one working day, with our best price and lead times.

The quickest route is to email it straight to sales@homeofclay.co.uk — PDF, spreadsheet, photo of a printed quote, whatever you have. Include your name and a phone number and we'll take it from there.

Before you send
- The product needs to be identical — same manufacturer, same model, same finish and same size.
- It should be a genuine, current quote from a UK-based retailer, with the item in stock or available to order.
- Please compare the total delivered price, including VAT and any delivery or haulage charges.
- We can't match ex-display, clearance, end-of-line, second-hand or auction pricing, or prices held on a trade account.
- We won't always be able to match every quote — but we'll be straight with you either way, and we'll tell you where we can get to.
