Microcement Freestanding Bath 1600mm - Hand-Finished Stone Effect

A freestanding bath finished entirely by hand in microcement, giving the depth, movement and tactile grain of quarried limestone without the weight, the joins or the cost of solid stone. Each bath is applied, worked and sealed by our own craftsmen in the UK, so no two are ever identical.

Hand-applied microcement, over a solid surface core

The body is a seamless solid surface freestanding tub, coated in multiple layers of microcement: primer, mesh-reinforced base coats, a hand-worked finish coat and a two-part sealer. The exterior keeps its raw, mineral texture. The interior is left as a smooth, warm-to-touch matt white bathing surface that wipes clean in seconds.

Warm underfoot, quiet underwater

The solid surface core is naturally warm to the touch and holds heat far longer than steel or acrylic, so the water stays hot and the bath never feels cold against the skin. It also deadens the sound of running water, which makes a noticeable difference in an open-plan or en-suite setting.

Made to order, in your colour

This bath is finished in our natural stone tone. Microcement can be pigmented to almost any shade, from bone and chalk through to deep clay, charcoal and terracotta, so the bath can be matched to your floor, your walls or a client's scheme. Sample tiles are available before you commit.

Care

Clean with a soft cloth and a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads, bleach and solvent-based products on the microcement exterior. The sealer should be refreshed periodically in heavy domestic use; we supply full care instructions with every bath.
