A dining table built to be lived around. Finished in microcement, a cement-based surface applied by hand in successive layers then sealed, giving a seamless face with the depth of natural stone and none of the joins. Every table is made to order in one of seven colours.

The finish

Microcement is a system rather than a coating: a fibre-reinforced base that binds to the substrate, then successive layers of natural micro-quartz, each worked by hand and cured before the next goes on. The result is genuinely seamless. No edge banding, no visible join between top and edge, no repeat pattern.

Because it is applied rather than manufactured, no two tables are identical. The tonal movement across the surface is a product of how the material was laid, and it is why a microcement table sits differently in a room to a laminate or a veneer.

The surface is fully waterproof and slip-resistant with high mechanical resistance, so the same table works in a kitchen, a garden room or on a terrace.

Living with it

Wipe with a soft cloth and a neutral soap. Avoid abrasive pads and acidic cleaners, which dull the surface over time, as with natural stone.

The table seats six comfortably and eight at a push. At 82kg it is a substantial piece, so measure door widths, gate clearances and any turn on a staircase before ordering. Our delivery team will bring it to the room of your choice and assemble it.

Seeing it in person

Colour on a screen is only ever an approximation, and microcement in particular shifts with the light in a room. We keep the full finish range at our Newcastle-under-Lyme showroom. If you cannot get to Staffordshire, contact us and we will send samples.
