Built for schemes where the fittings are chosen at the same time as the surfaces, not after them, the Coalbrook Wall Outlet, Hose and Multifunction Handset CO4011 does the job without fuss. It is a handshower set from the Coalbrook portfolio, carrying the product code CO4011, and it provides a flexible outlet for rinsing and cleaning. This is one of the core Coalbrook components designed to work across every range in the portfolio, so it can be specified with Decca, Domo, Bank or Zurich brassware without a finish mismatch. Available in 4 finishes: Brushed Brass, Chrome, Gunmetal and Brushed Nickel.
Home of Clay is a Coalbrook stockist. You are welcome to see the Coalbrook finishes in the metal at our Newcastle-under-Lyme showroom in Staffordshire, or to talk a specification through with us before you commit to it.
Pricing and availability
Contact us for price. We quote Coalbrook individually rather than publishing a single figure online, because the right number depends on the finish you choose, the associated items in the specification and the size of the project. Call us on 01782 617517, email sales@homeofclay.co.uk or visit our Newcastle-under-Lyme showroom in Staffordshire and we will price this item, and anything you are pairing it with, properly.
Key features
- 4 finishes to match across the room — Supplied in Brushed Brass, Chrome, Gunmetal and Brushed Nickel. Every Coalbrook range shares the same finish palette, so wastes, valves, accessories and brassware can all be specified to match exactly.
- Published flow rates — Flow is 9.8 lpm at 1 bar and 18.8 lpm at 3 bar, with a minimum working pressure of 0.5 bar. Worth checking against your system before you specify, particularly on a gravity-fed installation.
- WRAS approved — Holds WRAS approval, confirming the fitting meets UK water regulations — which matters for sign-off on building control and for insurance-backed work.
- Coalbrook build quality — Solid brass construction with a hand-applied finish, backed by Coalbrook’s manufacturer guarantee. We will confirm the current guarantee terms in writing when we quote.

On water pressure: this fitting wants at least 0.5 bar to perform as intended. Most modern combi and unvented systems clear that comfortably; older gravity-fed systems often do not, and a pump may be the answer.
A word on finishes. Chrome is the neutral, universally matchable option. Brushed Nickel offers warmth without drama and is the most forgiving in a hard water area. Brushed Brass has real character and pairs well with oak and marble. Gunmetal is the statement finish and rewards a restrained scheme around it.
