Microforce Thin Microcement | 60 Colours

Product description

Microforce Thin is a two-component microcement for seamless, joint-free floors and walls. Made in Barcelona from special cement, selected aggregates, resins and pigments, it is mixed 2:1 with Microforce Liquido and hand-trowelled to a fine, smooth finish.

The complete system builds to just 2–3 mm, so it can go straight over existing tiles, concrete, terrazzo, marble, plaster or plasterboard with no stripping out. It is tough enough for pedestrian and vehicle traffic, works indoors and outdoors, and is available in 60 colours.

How it's applied

Prepare — substrate sound, fully cured (≥28 days) and below 4% moisture. Open the pore.
Prime — 1–2 coats of Primer 2C on floors or Hidroprimer on walls. Use Epoxim Plus 3C where there is rising damp.
Regularise — a first coat of Microforce Ground if the surface needs smoothing.
Mix — 2 parts Microforce Thin to 1 part Microforce Liquido. Mix for 5 minutes at low speed and rest for 2 minutes. Never add water.
Apply — trowel coats of 0.5 mm maximum, sanding and vacuuming between coats until the desired effect is reached.
Seal — once fully dry (below 4% moisture), seal with Aquamax.

Not resistant to acids, aggressive cleaners or bleach. Manufacturer data is indicative — always test on site before full application.
