Product description
Micrex Base is a three-component, water-based decorative and industrial mortar. It is the base coat of the Micrex system and can also be used alone as a trowelled-effect coloured coating for floors and walls, inside or out.

How it's applied
- Prepare — concrete sound, dry, level and absorbent, cured >28 days, minimum 25 N/mm² compressive and 1.5 N/mm² tensile strength.
- Mix — pour B into A, mix at low speed for at least 1 minute, then add C and remix.
- Apply — steel or rubber trowel at approx. 0.3–0.5 kg/m² per coat.
Yellow, orange and red shades may need extra coats or a white base coat. Use material from the same batch where possible.
