Impey Aqua-Grade Wetroom Floor Former (Various Sizes)

Impey Aqua-Grade is a fast, simple way to create the perfect wetroom floor gradient on concrete floors with a tiled floor finish. Colour-coded modular sections click together to form a matrix, which is then filled with screed to achieve an accurate, reliable fall to a central drain.

Available in 10 sizes across 2, 3 and 4 fall layouts, Aqua-Grade can be installed directly onto PIR insulation boards using the insulation mounting feet. Each former has an average gradient of 1 in 40 and a maximum flow rate of 36 l/min.

Please note: Impey wetroom floor formers and drains are sold separately — a compatible Impey drain is required to complete the installation.

Add WaterGuard™ tanking

Impey's Lifetime Watertight Guarantee requires the entire wetroom floor to be tanked with Impey WaterGuard™. Choose a WaterGuard kit with your former, sized to the area you're tanking:

• 5m² floor kit (WG5) — 5m² membrane, 500ml BAL primer, 15m jointing tape, 5 internal corners, 1 external corner, butyl sealant
• 10m² floor kit (WG10) — 10m² membrane, 500ml BAL primer, 2 x 10m jointing tape, 5 internal corners, 1 external corner, butyl sealant
• 15m² wall & floor kit (WG15WF) — 5m² + 10m² membrane, 2 x 500ml BAL primer, 15m + 10m jointing tape, 5 internal corners, 1 external corner, 2 x butyl sealant
• 20m² wall & floor kit (WG20WF) — 2 x 10m² membrane, 2 x 500ml BAL primer, 3 x 10m jointing tape, 5 internal corners, 1 external corner, 2 x butyl sealant

WaterGuard™ is a 1mm self-adhesive tanking and decoupling membrane — no drying time, suitable for large-format tiles up to 30kg/m² and compatible with Aqua-Mat™ underfloor heating. Floor coverage is mandatory for the guarantee; tanking the shower-area walls as well is recommended.
