Fusion Plaster by Fioranese — a plaster-effect porcelain in six neutral tones, with the slightly uneven, hand-applied surface of a good render and none of its maintenance. It is the quieter half of the Fusion collection: no veining, no aggregate, nothing to look at except the surface itself.
Fusion sets two opposite ideas against each other in one collection: Wildflower, a stone with soft veining and flecks of colour running through it, and Plaster, a flat hand-applied render with nothing in it at all. They are made to the same formats and are meant to be specified together — the stone doing the floor, the plaster doing the walls, or the two swapped.
Plaster carries the widest format range in the collection, from a 120.8x120.8 square down to two mosaic sheets, which makes it usable as a whole-envelope material — floor, walls and shower in one tone.
Colours
Chalk is the lightest, a soft warm white. Powder is a pale muted blush. Cement is a neutral mid grey, the most architectural. Fawn is a warm sand-beige. Sage is a greyed green, the only real colour in the six. Taupe is the deepest, a grey-brown that grounds a room.

The large formats
The 120.8x120.8 and the 75x149.7 are the reason to specify Plaster. A plaster effect only really convinces when the joints are far apart — the fewer lines, the more it reads as a continuous rendered surface rather than tiling. Both are large and heavy enough to need two people and a suction frame to place, and a properly flat substrate; on a wall that is out by more than a few millimetres a slab this size will telegraph it. The 60.4x60.4 is the practical choice for a smaller room.
Mosaics and trims
Two mosaic sheets are made in all six colours. The Mosaico Maxi is a 45x45 sheet of 35 pieces in three sizes, laid with deliberately wide joints; the Mosaico Mini is the same idea at 30x30 in smaller pieces. Both are priced per square metre and are intended for shower floors, niches and banding where the large formats cannot go. A 7.5x60.4 battiscopa completes the set, sold per piece.

See it before you buy
A plaster effect lives or dies on its surface texture, which is precisely what a flat product photograph cannot show, and the six tones are close enough to each other that they are genuinely hard to separate on screen. Samples are available to order, and the range is on display at our luxury interiors showroom in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire. Our team can help with quantities, trims and adhesive specification. Call 01782 617517 or email sales@homeofclay.co.uk for a quotation or to arrange a visit.
