Coalbrook Rough Required for Wall Mounted 2-Way Diverter CO2104

The Coalbrook CO2104 is the rough body required with the wall mounted 2-way diverters. It sets into the wall before it is closed and tiled, and it is ordered separately from the visible diverter.

• Required, not optional — The wall mounted 2-way diverters cannot be installed without it.
• Ordered separately — It is not supplied with the diverter, so it has to be on the order in its own right.

• No visible finish — Concealed behind the finished wall, so no finish choice is required.

Which diverters need it

The CO2104 is used with the wall mounted 2-way diverters across the ranges — DO2007 (Domo), DC2007 (Decca) and BA2007 (Bank).

It is not the same as the roughs used by the wall mounted basin mixers. Those take the CO1201 for 2TH mixers and the CO1301 for 3TH mixers. If you are unsure which your specification needs, send us the product codes and we will confirm them.

Why it matters

This is the part that catches people out. The rough goes into the wall at first fix; the visible diverter arrives much later. Order the diverter alone and the plumber turns up to a wall with nothing to install, and the job stops.

When you ask us to quote a wall mounted diverter we will check the rough is on the order and quote both together with lead times.
