The Coalbrook Domo 2TH Wall Mounted Basin Mixer DO1007 takes the tap off the basin entirely, which leaves the surface clear to wipe and makes a small cloakroom feel considerably less crowded. It carries the product code DO1007. Wall mounting is a decision made at first fix rather than later, because the valve body sits behind the finished wall. Available in 4 finishes: Brushed Brass, Chrome, Gunmetal and Brushed Nickel.

Specifying the DO1007

Wall mounted taps need planning before the wall is built. The concealed body sets the final height and projection, and neither can be adjusted once the wall is closed and tiled. Send us your basin model and counter height and we will check the setting-out with you before anything is ordered.

The trade-off worth understanding: a wall mounted tap clears the counter but puts the pipework below the basin on show, particularly with a wall-hung bowl. What you gain in a clean surface you often give back underneath, so the CO5004 exposed bottle trap in a matching finish stops being optional.

The three-hole wall mounted versions, DO1018 and DO1021, give 165mm and 190mm spout projections if you need more reach than this one offers.
