The Coalbrook Concealed Shower Valve Trimset 1 Outlet DO3001 is the single-outlet thermostatic shower valve from the Domo range, supplied with the C-Box CO3001. It carries the product code DO3001. One outlet means one thing running at a time — a fixed head or a handset, not both. Available in 4 finishes: Brushed Brass, Chrome, Gunmetal and Brushed Nickel.

Is one outlet enough?

For a single fixed head over a bath, or a compact shower where a handset alone will do, yes — and the simpler valve is the better buy. Beyond that, think carefully. One outlet means no handset alongside the overhead, which most people miss when it comes to rinsing the enclosure down or washing a dog.

The reason to decide now is that the C-Box is buried behind the finished wall. Adding a second outlet later means opening the tiling, so it is considerably cheaper to specify one more outlet than you think you need than to add one afterwards.

The head is a separate item. The CO4003 300mm and CO4004 200mm fixed heads both match the same four finishes. On a modest supply the 200mm will feel firmer than the 300mm — tell us your system type and we will advise honestly rather than sell you the larger one.
