What else you will need

Work the arrangement out before ordering. A wall bath spout on its own does nothing: it needs valves to control it, and a diverter if a handspray is running from the same supply. The BA2004 valve pair and BA2007 diverter are the usual companions.

All the wall mounted parts are set out together at first fix. Their spacing relative to each other and to the bath is fixed once the wall closes.
