Five holes is the thing to settle first. The bath rim or surround has to be drilled to match, and the spacing is set by the tap rather than by preference — confirm the drilling pattern with your bath supplier before ordering.
If you do not need the handspray, the BA2006 is the three-hole filler and a considerably simpler installation.
