Product description
Noir is the most dramatic shade of the Versailles collection: a deep charcoal marble, softened by scattered white veins and subtle tonal shifts through the dark stone. The honed surface makes it sophisticated rather than stark, with an atmospheric quality that suits traditional and contemporary rooms.
Laid over a whole floor, the stone's variation gives depth and intrigue; in a chequerboard it offers a more nuanced alternative to stark black and white. Use it on internal walls and floors in bathrooms, showers and kitchens. Sealing is required, and shower trays and wet room floors call for added anti-slip measures.

How much should I order?
Measure the area in m² and add 10% for cuts, breakages and spares for future repairs (15% for herringbone, diagonal or basket-weave layouts). Tiles are sold in full boxes only. Use the box calculator next to the price: it adds the 10%, rounds up to whole boxes and fills in the quantity for you.
Will every tile in the box look the same?
Not always. Some designs, such as Capri, Jungle, Kiyosumi and Rio, come as a pre-mixed blend of patterns, so the tiles differ from one another by design. Lay tiles out before fixing, and draw from several boxes as you go, so the patterns spread evenly.
What do R10 and PTV 36+ mean?
R10 (DIN 51130) is a slip-resistance rating for footwear that suits most indoor floors. PTV is the pendulum test value; 36 and above when wet is classed as low slip potential. The ratings for each tile are listed under Technical information.
Do these tiles need sealing?
No. Ca’ Pietra lists these porcelain and ceramic patterned tiles as not needing sealing. Check the Sealing row under Technical information for the tile you've chosen.
