Product description
Venetian terrazzo, a material popularised in the Renaissance, is the reference point for San Michele. Its gentle cream ground is scattered with fragments of recycled and reclaimed marble, giving a calm, speckled pattern, and the honed finish leaves the surface smooth with a soft, low sheen.
Each 60 x 60cm tile is suited to internal walls and floors and is particularly at home in a bathroom, where it can run from floor to wall for a continuous look. It needs no sealing; its wet slip rating is PTV 22, so it is best kept to drier floor areas.

How much should I order?
Measure the area in m² and add 10% for cuts, breakages and spares for future repairs (15% for herringbone, diagonal or basket-weave layouts). Tiles are sold in full boxes only. Use the box calculator next to the price: it adds the 10%, rounds up to whole boxes and fills in the quantity for you.
Will every tile in the box look the same?
Not always. Some designs, such as Capri, Jungle, Kiyosumi and Rio, come as a pre-mixed blend of patterns, so the tiles differ from one another by design. Lay tiles out before fixing, and draw from several boxes as you go, so the patterns spread evenly.
What do R10 and PTV 36+ mean?
R10 (DIN 51130) is a slip-resistance rating for footwear that suits most indoor floors. PTV is the pendulum test value; 36 and above when wet is classed as low slip potential. The ratings for each tile are listed under Technical information.
Do these tiles need sealing?
No. Ca’ Pietra lists these porcelain and ceramic patterned tiles as not needing sealing. Check the Sealing row under Technical information for the tile you've chosen.
