Product description
Pointed at each end, the picket shape gives this handmade terracotta a crisp, interlocking pattern once laid. The warm, earthy red tones and irregular surface carry a strong sense of craft, so a floor or wall feels rooted and characterful.
Each tile is 30 x 10 x 2cm and hardwearing enough for well-used internal floors in kitchens and hallways, as well as bathrooms and walls. Sealing is required to protect the terracotta. Pair it with natural wood and soft neutral colours for a warm, rustic room.

How much should I order?
Measure the area in m² and add 10% for cuts, breakages and spares for future repairs (15% for herringbone, diagonal or basket-weave layouts). Tiles are sold in full boxes only. Use the box calculator next to the price: it adds the 10%, rounds up to whole boxes and fills in the quantity for you.
Will every tile in the box look the same?
Not always. Some designs, such as Capri, Jungle, Kiyosumi and Rio, come as a pre-mixed blend of patterns, so the tiles differ from one another by design. Lay tiles out before fixing, and draw from several boxes as you go, so the patterns spread evenly.
What do R10 and PTV 36+ mean?
R10 (DIN 51130) is a slip-resistance rating for footwear that suits most indoor floors. PTV is the pendulum test value; 36 and above when wet is classed as low slip potential. The ratings for each tile are listed under Technical information.
Do these tiles need sealing?
No. Ca’ Pietra lists these porcelain and ceramic patterned tiles as not needing sealing. Check the Sealing row under Technical information for the tile you've chosen.
