Product description
A white gloss bead is one of the simplest ways to give a tiled wall a finished edge. This ceramic moulding has a classic rounded profile with traditional and Victorian roots, and its glaze catches the light to create a soft highlight along the line of the tiling.
The 20 x 2 x 2cm bead is intended for internal walls in bathrooms, showers and wet rooms, and requires sealing. Use it to cap a run of half-height tiles, outline a window reveal or frame a mirror. It sits within a collection also offered in black and olive green, so it can be matched or contrasted with other mouldings.

How much should I order?
Measure the area in m² and add 10% for cuts, breakages and spares for future repairs (15% for herringbone, diagonal or basket-weave layouts). Tiles are sold in full boxes only. Use the box calculator next to the price: it adds the 10%, rounds up to whole boxes and fills in the quantity for you.
Will every tile in the box look the same?
Not always. Some designs, such as Capri, Jungle, Kiyosumi and Rio, come as a pre-mixed blend of patterns, so the tiles differ from one another by design. Lay tiles out before fixing, and draw from several boxes as you go, so the patterns spread evenly.
What do R10 and PTV 36+ mean?
R10 (DIN 51130) is a slip-resistance rating for footwear that suits most indoor floors. PTV is the pendulum test value; 36 and above when wet is classed as low slip potential. The ratings for each tile are listed under Technical information.
Do these tiles need sealing?
No. Ca’ Pietra lists these porcelain and ceramic patterned tiles as not needing sealing. Check the Sealing row under Technical information for the tile you've chosen.
