A plaster effect only really convinces when the joints are far apart — the fewer lines, the more it reads as a continuous rendered surface rather than tiling. Both are large and heavy enough to need two people and a suction frame to place, and a properly flat substrate; on a wall that is out by more than a few millimetres a slab this size will telegraph it.
